Billing

The retainer is billed monthly in advance to the card on file. Card details are entered on our payment provider's pages and never reach our systems. Invoices are in the Billing section of your dashboard.

Cancelling

Month to month means you can cancel with notice before the next billing date. The service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

Failed payments

A failed payment does not stop the service immediately. You are told, the card is retried, and the service may be paused if the invoice stays unpaid.

Annual commitment

If you chose a twelve-month option, the setup fee was waived and the retainer is fixed for the year; if you paid the year up front you paid for ten months of it. The commitment ends after twelve months and then runs month to month.
