Terms of Service
The agreement between Farwatch AI and a client: what the service does, what it costs, and how it ends.
01
The service
Farwatch AI ("Farwatch", "we") installs and operates an AI return call system for the client's business: missed calls reported by the client's phone system are called back by an AI agent that qualifies the caller, books appointments for ready leads, sends follow-up messages to interested ones, and reports results in the client dashboard.
02
Setup and go-live
Setup takes 48 to 72 hours from a signed agreement and depends on the client providing the details asked for (phone system access, booking link, hours, alert contact, service area). The system goes live after a go-live call in which the client hears the agent on a test call.
03
Fees
A one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer, as stated on the client's proposal and agreement. The retainer is billed monthly in advance to the card on file through our payment provider. Where the agreement states an annual commitment, the setup fee is waived and the retainer is fixed for twelve months. Where a proposal states a recovery target for the first thirty days and that target is not met, the second month's retainer is waived, as that proposal describes.
04
Term and cancellation
Month to month unless the agreement states otherwise. Either party may cancel with notice before the next billing date; service continues to the end of the paid period. A failed payment does not stop the service immediately, but the service may be paused if it stays unpaid.
05
What the client is responsible for
Accurate business details and hours; a working booking link; the right to have the service call the numbers the client's phone system reports; telling us promptly when details change; and reviewing the agent's script for the client's compliance obligations. The client remains responsible for the work it books.
06
What we are responsible for
Running the service as described, keeping client data separated and secure, disclosing recording on every call, identifying the agent as automated whenever a caller asks, and reporting results honestly. Results depend on the client's call volume and market; we do not guarantee a number of bookings unless the agreement states one.
07
Recordings and consent
Calls placed by the service are recorded and transcribed with disclosure at the start of every call. The client authorises this for calls placed on its behalf.
08
Limitation
Our liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for outcomes of jobs the client performs.
09
Governing law and notices
The client's signed agreement states the governing law and the venue for any dispute. Write to us from the help page and a person replies. Formal notices go to the address stated in the client's agreement.
10
Changes
We may update these terms with notice to clients by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
Questions about any of this go to the help page. Updated September 3, 2026.
