Privacy Policy

What Farwatch AI collects, why, who processes it, and how to reach us about it.

01

Who we are

Farwatch AI ("Farwatch", "we") provides an AI lead-recovery service to trade-services businesses ("clients"). This policy covers the far.watch website, the client dashboard, and the calls and messages the service places on a client's behalf. Write to us from the help page and a person replies.

02

What we collect

Website visitors. If you fill in a form, we keep what you typed: your name, business, phone number, email, the trade you chose and the figures you entered into the calculator. We also record anonymous page views (the page, the referrer and campaign parameters) under a random per-session key. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not use third-party analytics.

Clients. Account details, the settings you give us to run the service (hours, booking link, alert contact, phone numbers), billing status as reported by our payment provider, and the messages you send us.

People the service calls back. When a client's phone system reports a missed call, we receive the caller's number and, if the phone system provides it, a name. The return call conversation is recorded and transcribed. The transcript, a summary and the qualification outcome are stored for the client.

03

Why

To run the service the client bought: call missed leads back, qualify them, book appointments, alert the client and report results. To answer questions and support requests. To bill clients. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

04

Call recording

Calls placed by the service are recorded and transcribed. The agent discloses this at the start of every call, in every state, and a person may end the call at any time. The agent is automated: it identifies the business it is calling for, says that it is an automated assistant whenever a caller asks, and never claims to be a person. See the Call Recording Notice.

05

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (language model used to write and answer, on the text of transcripts and questions), Vapi and Twilio (calls and text messages), Resend (email), Stripe (billing; card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach our systems). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

06

How long

Client data is kept for the life of the account and deleted on request after it ends. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for the client's reporting; a client may ask us to delete them. Form submissions from people who never become clients are deleted on request.

07

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or opt out of messages using the link in any message, by writing to us at the contact details under "Who we are" or from the help page. We answer within thirty days.

08

Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes to how client data is handled are emailed to clients first.

Questions about any of this go to the help page. Updated September 3, 2026.
